This document sets out the rules governing the use of 3ss9 — from registration to withdrawal, covering bonuses, betting, and responsible gambling. Written in plain language so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before you play.

To register and use the services of 3ss9, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Registration requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. A 3ss9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — particularly when processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
Only one account per CPF is allowed. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF or different documents — is considered a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, with possible forfeiture of bonuses and pending balances as determined by the 3ss9.
KYC Verification: For withdrawals and VIP benefit activation, 3ss9 may request a government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address. The process is handled securely and follows LGPD guidelines.
The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — email and password. The 3ss9 recommends using a strong password of at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols, as well as enabling two-factor authentication where available.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify the support team at 3ss9 via live chat or by email at suporte@3ss9.net. The 3ss9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
Accounts at 3ss9 are personal and non-transferable. Selling, assigning, lending, or transferring an account to a third party in any form is strictly prohibited. Any attempted transfer will result in immediate account closure.
A 3ss9 accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (BRL):
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit amount set in general terms, although specific limits may apply depending on the payment method or risk assessment.
The user declares that all deposited funds are of lawful origin and that no provisions of Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998) have been violated. A 3ss9 is required by law to report any suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
Deposits made by third parties — even with the account holder's authorization — are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. This may result in suspension of the beneficiary's account.
Withdrawals at 3ss9 are processed preferably via Pix to the key registered at the time of the request. Processing times vary according to the VIP Program tier:
To make the first withdrawal, the user must have completed identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF as the account at 3ss9.
Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement for the relevant promotion has been met. The standard rollover at 3ss9 is 5× on the bonus amount — one of the lowest in the Brazilian market. The specific conditions for each bonus are described in section 6 of this document.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There are no withdrawal fees for any method or user level at 3ss9.
Anti-money laundering security: A 3ss9 may place withdrawals on hold for review in cases of unusual activity, betting patterns inconsistent with the user's profile, or suspected bonus abuse. In such cases, the user is notified by email and given a deadline to submit additional documentation.
A 3ss9 offers a variety of promotions throughout the year. Each promotion has specific terms published on the Promotions page before activation. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:
The welcome bonus at 3ss9 is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically activated on the first deposit made via any accepted payment method, with a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. This bonus cannot be combined with other first-deposit bonuses.
Available to Silver VIP members and above. The 20% bonus applies to the first deposit of the week, up to R$ 200.00 per week. 5× rollover, 14-day validity. Cannot be combined with the welcome bonus.
The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited every Monday. Silver members receive 10% and Platinum members receive 30% of net losses. Cashback is credited as a withdrawable balance with no rollover required. There is no cap on cashback — the percentage applies to the total losses for the period.
The following practices regarding bonuses at 3ss9: placing bets on all possible outcomes of the same event to meet rollover requirements without real risk (bonus arbitrage); creating multiple accounts to accumulate welcome bonuses; transferring bonuses between accounts; and any form of coordinated bonus use with third parties. Detection of any of these practices results in immediate cancellation of bonuses and possible account closure.
Bonuses not redeemed within the specified timeframe expire automatically with no possibility of recovery or compensation.
Sports Betting at 3ss9 cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa do Nordeste, Libertadores, Champions League, and other leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform. The conditions below apply to all Sports Betting:
All bets are subject to acceptance by 3ss9. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or suspend bets at any time, particularly in cases of incorrect odds due to technical error, events that have already started without the system's knowledge, or suspected match manipulation.
Results are determined based on official sources from recognized sports competitions and federations. In the event of a discrepancy between the official source and the platform, the official source prevails. The 3ss9 reserves up to 72 hours after the event ends to settle bets in cases where the result is disputed.
The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before the event ends, receiving a value proportional to the probability of winning at the time of the request. Cash Out is available for most live bets but may be temporarily suspended during specific events, technical issues, or periods of high odds volatility. The Cash Out amount is calculated automatically by the platform and is not subject to negotiation.
Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed by more than 36 hours, or that did not take place within the scheduled time are automatically cancelled and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance. In accumulators, the cancelled selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.
The Live Casino games at 3ss9 — including European and American roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and others — are provided by certified suppliers and operate with an audited random number generator (RNG). Casino bets follow the specific rules of each game, available in the interface of each table or game.
Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by table and the user's VIP level. Platinum and Diamond members have access to tables with higher limits. Limits are displayed before each round begins.
In the event of a technical malfunction or connection interruption during a live casino round, the 3ss9 reserves the right to void the round and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. Bets in progress at the time of a confirmed technical failure are handled in accordance with the platform's malfunction policy.
The 3ss9 VIP Program 3ss9 has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Platinum, and Diamond — with increasing benefits based on monthly betting volume. Progression is automatic: once a user reaches the minimum volume for the next tier in a given month, they are promoted at the start of the following month with no action required.
If volume drops below the minimum for the current level, a two-month grace period applies before any downgrade. The benefits of each level — cashback, limits, dedicated account manager, priority withdrawals — are detailed on the VIP Program.
